Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bar Manager, located in Fort Myers Beach, FL. The Bar Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain quality food and beverage service. Responsibilities include staff training, inventory control, fostering a welcoming atmosphere, and achieving sales goals. The Bar Manager will serve as a key leader in supporting and upholding the values and mission of Kava Culture.
