Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have previous alcohol serving experience.
• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill daily restaurant operations and guest service at the bar.
• Assist bartender with drinks and bar service.
• Maintain lounge setup and cleanliness throughout shift.
• Follow health department specs and log daily temp and product waste.
• Provide friendly, timely guest engagement and upsell where appropriate.
