Job summary

LOGAN is seeking a Bar Manager to oversee day-to-day bar operations, staff management, inventory control, and compliance with alcohol regulations. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service and driving revenue while maintaining a productive team environment.

You will train and supervise staff, manage vendor relationships, monitor costs, and ensure health and safety standards (ServSafe, HACCP). The ideal candidate has leadership experience in a bar or restaurant and strong guest-relations

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and management abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to motivate staff and maintain high service standards.
• Experience supervising front-of-house and back-of-house operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bar day-to-day operations and staff scheduling.
• Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address complaints promptly.
• Train and supervise bar staff on product knowledge and policies.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety and alcohol/service regulations.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Monitor quality and presentation of beverages and overall bar experience.
