Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in bar service or leadership role.
• Experience mentoring and training bartenders preferred.
• Solid understanding of beverage recipes and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead bartenders during service, setting the pace and tone for hospitality and professionalism.
• Train, coach, and mentor bartenders on recipes, service standards, and guest engagement.
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing development of bar staff.
• Act as a point of contact for bar-related questions or issues during shifts.
• Ensure consistent execution of beverage recipes, presentation, and portion control.
• Oversee bar setup, breakdown, cleanliness, and organization.
• Monitor bar inventory levels and communicate needs to management.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and proper storage of alcohol and supplies.
• Ensure POS accuracy, cash handling, and adherence to company procedures.
• Deliver high-quality, attentive service to guests at the bar and throughout the venue.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Maintain a welcoming, energetic bar atmosphere.
• Enforce responsible alcohol service and verify identification as required.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and company alcohol regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.
• Support special events, private dining, and high-volume service as needed
