• Provide high-quality, efficient beverage service while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Act as the floor leader during peak hours, ensuring stations are properly prepped, stocked, and cleaned.
• Monitor inventory levels, track product usage, and assist in placing orders.
• Enforce responsible beverage service (RBS) protocols.
• Ensure strict compliance with local health codes, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
• Oversees the productivity, breaks and daily scheduling; communicates performance issues to management.
• Maintains front-end supplies.
• Helps provide guest service, floor moves, housekeeping, display maintenance and merchandise replenishment as needed.
