Five Guys West Palm Beach is seeking a FOH Manager/Bar Manager to lead all front-of-house team members, ensuring a warm, welcoming, efficient operation that drives profitability. You will oversee day-to-day activities, train staff, and uphold brand standards to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The role demands strong leadership, exceptional customer service, and the ability to manage labor, inventory, and cash controls.

Qualifications

• 8 + years of age
• + years of bartending experience
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift 50+ pounds for the duration of your shift
• Function in a fast-paced and noisy environment
• Follow Company policies and procedures
• Close attention to detail in cash handling and service

Responsabilités

• Lead FOH team to ensure warm, welcoming, efficient operation
• Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and financial reports
• Maintain an “A” health inspection rating at all times
• Keep Fair Workweek premiums to a minimum
• Maintain satisfactory Secret Shopper and Steritech averages
• Maintain excellent customer service and guest relations
• Take orders, input into POS with 100% accuracy
• Resolve guest complaints or concerns
• Train and mentor bar staff
• Enforce company standards and corrective actions
• Attend mandatory meetings and perform opening/closing duties
• Follow FGNY House Rules and Employee Handbook
