Job summary

Piatti La Jolla is seeking a temporary FOH & Bar Manager to lead front-of-house and bar operations, primarily PM shifts with weekend and holiday availability. You will work closely with the General Manager to maintain service standards, staff development, and guest satisfaction in a Italian restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisor or restaurant management experience.
• 2 years of fine dining experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and integrity.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Toast POS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar and front-of-house operations for Piatti La Jolla.
• Drive beverage service standards and manage inventory.
• Lead staff recruitment and training.
