Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience a must.
• Hospitality supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise servers, bussers, and bartenders to ensure compliance with procedures and service standards.
• Conduct table touches and address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate staff breaks and provide coverage as needed.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus.
• Coordinate parties, reservations, and special guest requests.
• Assign work tasks and coordinate staff activities to ensure efficient service.
• Inspect dining and lounge areas for cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with interviewing and training new hires.
• May assist with creating weekly staff schedules.
• Be aware of hotel facilities and local attractions to assist guests.
• Be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned
