Piatti Mill Valley is seeking a Restaurant Manager to own the floor and run the operation with structure and pride. You will lead service, manage schedules and costs, and ensure consistent, high‑quality hospitality across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum restaurant management experience required, full-service, high-volume preferred.
• Proven leadership with ability to run shifts independently and make timely decisions.
• Strong communication and integrity under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Run the floor, lead service and set the pace for staff.
• Run the business with scheduling, staffing, labor and cost controls.
• Keep systems humming: POS, inventory, reservations, and invoicing.
• Build and protect a positive, safe, productive culture.
• Seek to understand guests and team, then address issues.
• Develop people through coaching and training.
• Uphold standards and company procedures on every shift.
