Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in bar management or event coordination within hospitality.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced service setting.
• Strong knowledge of beverage service, event planning, and health and safety regulations.
• Able to work peak bar hours and flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise bar staff and event teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Drive in-store event planning and coordinate setup, service, and breakdown.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations for bar operations.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to promote events and offers.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to improve performance.
