Job summary

Loews Hollywood Hotel in Los Angeles is seeking a energetic Barback to join the bar team. You will replenish stock, assist bartenders, and keep the bar organized for smooth service.

Must be dependable, organized, and able to lift 75 pounds. Flexible to work weekends and holidays, with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to lift/pull/push 75+ pounds.
• Must be flexible to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Replenish and restock the bar with liquor, beer, wine, ice, glassware, garnishes, and other supplies.
• Assist bartenders with setting up and breaking down the bar before and after shifts or events.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and monitor stock levels throughout the shift.
• Provide friendly assistance to guests and support beverage service during peak hours.
