Qualifications

• Experience in bartending or bar backs preferred.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area
• Maintain proper bar setup daily
• Assist bartenders with liquor, beer and wine requisitions
• Keep bar area clean and stocked with clean glasses
• Be the master of the bar and know its operations
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Maintain stock and prepare garnishes and perishables daily
