Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is hiring a barback to support bartenders, keep the bar stocked, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. You will prepare beverages, garnishes, and assist with opening/closing duties in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Possession of state work cards as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely service to bartenders.
• Prepare mixes and garnishes.
• Maintain clean and organized bar area.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, and consumables as needed.
• Handle spills and trash promptly; keep bar area sanitary.
• Assist with loading/unloading of equipment and product.
• Monitor opening/closing duties and report shortages.
• Provide menu and allergen information to guests.
• Foster guest relations and repeat business.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate to management when needed.
