Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts seeks an Outlet Server to support the Outlet Manager and Restaurant Servers in a friendly, fast-paced environment at The Westin Tampa Waterside. You will maintain clean stations, assist with service, and ensure guests have a stellar dining experience.

This role emphasizes teamwork, punctual attendance, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and stocking. Benefits and growth opportunities are available within HEI’s supportive program.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing up to 150 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty table settings and reset tables promptly and consistently.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Serve guests with beverages, bread, and butter and replenish as necessary.
• Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
