Job summary

Topgolf Payroll Services in Mount Laurel Township, NJ, is seeking a friendly and efficient bar position to support the fast-paced venue. You will stock liquor, mixers, and garnishes, clean equipment, and ensure a clean, organized bar area while delivering excellent guest service.

Applicants should be comfortable in a high-energy environment, adhere to safety standards, and be at least the legal drinking age. Tip eligible pay starts at $11 per hour, with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of employment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain bar equipment, glassware, and utensils
• Collect empty glasses and bottles and return them to the appropriate areas for cleaning
• Restock ice and other supplies during busy periods
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bar area
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest needs and requests
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times
