Job summary

Topgolf is hiring a Bar Back to support bartenders and ensure a smooth guest experience. You’ll help keep drinks flowing, stock and clean the bar, and work with a team in a fast-paced, FUN environment.

The role requires a positive attitude, ability to thrive in a busy venue, and a willingness to lift and move items up to 50 lb. Weekend and shift flexibility is a plus.

What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Bar Back

• A Positive Attitude – Because being a grump is no fun!

• Ability to Thrive in a Popular Environment: Keeping calm when things get popular is where you shine.
• Previous Experience in Hospitality or Entertainment: This is simply a plus, NOT a must. We all must start somewhere!

What you will do in the role

• Role and Interaction with Players: Support the bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to keep the energy high and the drinks flowing, helping to create a fun and seamless experience for our players!
• Key Aspect of the Role: Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice, while maintaining a clean and organized area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils—and collecting empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly without missing a beat!
• Contribution to Topgolf and Other Playmakers: Be a key team player by working alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork, contributing to unforgettable player experiences!
• Commitment to Safety and Sanitation: We provide a safe and fun environment for all who come to play by sticking to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the bar clean, safe, and compliant—because a great experience starts with a clean and safe environment!

• Lift and Move Things: You’ll be handling items up to 50 lb., so being comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying things is key.
• On Your Feet: Expect to be on your feet for most of the day, so a love for walking throughout your shift.
• Active Tasks: From task to task, you’ll be constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities. A can‑do attitude is essential!
• Endurance: Whether it’s a long shift or tackling a task that takes time, we’re looking for someone who can keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment.
• *This role requires that you must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service {where required by law.
