Job summary

Topgolf Louisville is seeking a friendly bartender to join our bar team. You will help maintain stock, prepare drinks, and ensure guests receive prompt, welcoming service.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. Prior bar experience is preferred but not required, and being of legal drinking age is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure bar area is stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies.
• Clean and maintain bar equipment, glassware, and utensils.
• Collect empty glasses and bottles and return them to cleaning areas.
• Restock ice and other supplies during busy periods.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest needs and requests.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
