Job summary

Topgolf in Texas seeks a capable team leader to guide staff and drive performance. You will provide direction, monitor results, coach associates, and work with other departments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve goals.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down stairs.
