Job summary

Kith Women's Cafe in New York City is seeking a Bar Associate to prepare high-quality food items and deliver exceptional service. You will work closely with the MOD and management to run daily operations, follow food safety standards, and maintain a clean, efficient bar area.

Open to full-time or part-time candidates with 1+ year in Food & Beverage and 6 months using industrial kitchen equipment. Must have a valid Food Handler or ServSafe certificate, flexible availability, and a team-oriented

Qualifications

• 1+ years in the Food & Beverage industry.
• 6+ months using industrial kitchen equipment.
• Valid and current Food Handlers License or ServSafe certificate.
• Open & flexible availability including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Execute opening, mid, and closing duties with urgency and accuracy.
• Monitor orders and begin production promptly to maintain speed and quality.
• Follow directions from MOD and management during each shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper waste management.
