Job summary

The Inn at Hastings Park, a Relais & Châteaux member in Lexington just outside Boston, seeks an Executive Chef for Town Meeting Bistro. You will lead a luxury food-and-beverage program, mentor staff, and drive exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-standard setting.

You will oversee food quality, service execution, and operational efficiency while upholding sustainability and innovation in all culinary activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years work experience in food and beverage, luxury hospitality preferred.
• Strong resource organization and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to supervise, train, and schedule staff effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Town Meeting Bistro operations to ensure top guest service.
• Coordinate seating, service flow, and guest requests with professionalism.
• Train staff and monitor schedules to optimize labor costs.
• Ensure hygiene, quality, and product presentation meet standards.
• Handle guest issues promptly and maintain calm under pressure.
