Andaz Miami Beach is seeking a Banquet Manager to lead exceptional banquet and event experiences on a luxury scale within our resort. You will inspire a high-performing team and oversee operations, guest satisfaction, and financial performance across weddings, social events, corporate functions, and special occasions.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the team during event setup, service, and breakdown while maintaining luxury hospitality standards.

• Drive colleague performance through ongoing training, recognition, and career development opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage to maximize revenues, control costs, and elevate the guest experience.
• Build strong relationships with guests, clients, meeting planners, and internal partners to ensure seamless event execution.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns, identifying opportunities to exceed expectations and create lasting impressions.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards, food safety requirements, and operational procedures.
• Lead departmental communication and planning efforts to ensure successful coordination across all hotel departments.

About the Role
