Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of banquet management experience.
• Proficient in food & beverage financial systems and controls; strong Excel skills.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays; guest-focused and service-driven.

Responsibilities

• Oversee banquet operations to ensure top-quality food, beverage, and service with warm guest relations.
• Direct and train staff, ensuring departmental responsibilities are met and high standards.
• Coordinate banquet service with food production and other departments to exceed guest expectations.
• Manage labor, costs, and budgets; maintain records of functions and inventories.
• Lead departmental meetings and participate in hotel operations meetings.
