The Grand Bohemian Charlotte, Autograph Collection, a Kessler Hotels property, is seeking a full-time cook to prepare quality items for Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets. You will maintain cleanliness, follow standardized recipes, and support kitchen operations to minimize waste and maximize cost efficiency.

Candidates should have culinary experience, be able to stand for long shifts, and work long hours when needed.

Formación

• Culinary experience required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Stand for long shifts and handle hot kitchen environment.
• Know hotel kitchen standards and safety rules.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all storage areas.
• Prepare and pre-set stations before opening to ensure prompt service.
• Prepare and display buffet food items according to hotel standards.
• Maintain safe handling and sanitation of all foods.
• Assist in Banquets and Employee Cafeteria as needed.
• Follow hotel standard recipes and help with kitchen equipment upkeep.
• Ensure proper rotation and storage of food items.
• Support other kitchen positions as required.
