Responsibilities

• Wash, peel, cut, and seed vegetables and fruits.
• Clean, cut, and grind meats, poultry, and seafood.
• Make soups and sauces.
• Weigh designated ingredients.
• Carry dishware, pots, pans, etc. to and from workstations.
• Store food in designated areas in proper order.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils; remove garbage and clean containers.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Assist dishwasher as needed.
• Assist line cooks as needed.
• Perform any other assigned duties.
