Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling.
• Basic cake decorating skills.
• Basic math skills for batches.

Responsibilities

• Prepare designated food items per recipes.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Attend shifts on time.
• Restock items as needed.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning and sanitation.
• Assist with restaurant and banquet prep and plating.
• Contribute dessert ideas with Pastry Chef.
• Follow safety rules.
