Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years culinary experience in a fast-paced hotel or restaurant kitchen.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment.
• Stand for 8+ hours per day.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Intermediate math skills for recipes and measurements.
• Basic cake decorating skills.
• Understand safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
• Experience with pastry production including cakes, tarts, mousses, batters, doughs, and custards.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area at all times.
• Ability to prepare and plate pastry items to Omni standards.

Responsibilities
