The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of supervisory culinary experience, banquet or catering background, and the ability to excel in high-volume environments while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of culinary supervisory experience.
• Banquet or catering experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in high-volume event environments.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise banquet food production and event execution.
• Lead culinary teams during banquet setup, service, and breakdown.
• Ensure consistency and quality of all banquet menu items.
• Coordinate production timelines with banquet and event teams.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion standards.
• Assist with labor planning and scheduling.
• Train and develop banquet culinary team members.
• Support inventory controls, ordering, and product management.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with menu tastings, special events, and VIP functions.
