Atrium Hospitality LP is seeking a capable banquet auxiliary at Tucson Marriott University Park in Tucson, AZ. This full-time role pays $19.75–$20.74 per hour and involves leading setup and breakdown of banquets, coordinating service, and guiding the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will handle audio-visual tasks, assist with scheduling and training, and help maintain smooth operations throughout events.

Formación

• Customer service experience—essential for guest satisfaction.
• At least 6 months of banquet food service experience.
• Leadership potential or experience to guide a team.
• Certifications in food and alcohol (or willingness to get them in 90 days).
• Physical stamina for lifting, bending, walking and standing throughout shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead setup and breakdown of banquet events with precise attention to details.
• Coordinate service flow, ensuring meals are served on time.
• Motivate banquet team to deliver top-notch guest experiences across breaks and dinners.
• Manage audio-visual setup and troubleshooting as needed.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and inventory to keep operations smooth.
