Job summary

Atrium Hospitality LP is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor at Tucson Marriott University Park in Tucson, AZ. The role oversees front-of-house operations, trains staff, and ensures high-quality guest experiences during all shifts.

Responsibilities include leading team members, resolving guest concerns promptly, maintaining food safety, and supporting servers to keep service smooth. Flexible hours and a competitive hourly wage reflect the restaurant’s emphasis on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant service experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to earn within 60 days).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and bend or squat as needed.
• Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
