Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• At least 6 months banquet food service experience.
• Leadership potential or experience.
• Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete in 90 days).
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and breakdown of banquet events with precision - clean linens, polished silverware, and chip-free china.
• Coordinate the flow of service to ensure meals are served smoothly and on time.
• Guide and motivate the banquet team to deliver top-notch guest experiences, from coffee breaks to full-service dinners.
• Handle audio-visual setup and troubleshooting - you may be part tech support too.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and inventory to keep the operation running like clockwork.
