Banquet Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Banquet Supervisor to join our team. The Banquet Supervisor will be responsible for setting up, serving, and breaking down banquet events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Arrange tables, chairs, linens, silverware, and other event equipment according to the event plan.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Clear tables, remove dishes, and ensure the banquet area is clean and orderly during and after events.
- Work closely with the kitchen and event coordinators to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Address guest needs and requests promptly and courteously.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Previous experience in a banquet or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Must be able to pass DOT physical requirements.
- Clean driving record.
- Chauffeur’s license.
