Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking an on-call Banquet Setup staff member in Grand Rapids, MI. You will prepare event spaces according to client specifications, arranging tables, chairs, linens, and décor.

• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and place settings
• Break down event spaces and return equipment to storage
• Move and position furniture, staging, and equipment safely
• Ensure rooms are clean, organized, and presentation-ready
• Assist with décor setup, including centerpieces and displays
• Follow supervisor instructions and event timelines
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments
• Maintain proper handling and care of equipment and supplies
