Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University in Westlake, TX seeks a Stewarding Dishwasher Supervisor to oversee stewards and food runners for banquet and restaurant operations. Location is Deloitte University, with first and second shifts available and a pay rate of $21 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all stewards ensuring kitchens and dishes stay clean.
• Oversee food runners and ensure delivery to banquet areas.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and maintain trash, recycling, and cardboard areas.
• Maintain cleaning standards in all kitchen/service areas and ensure glassware, china, silver, and copper are polished.
• Support onboarding and training with STO checklists.
