Job summary

Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University is seeking a full-time Steward for Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center. The role involves keeping the kitchen clean, maintaining dishes and equipment, and trash removal. This position is located at Deloitte University in Westlake, Texas, with the 2nd shift and a pay rate of $18 per hour.

No experience is required; we will train. A Basic Food Safety Certification is required within 30 days of starting and must be renewed as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load dishwasher with dirty dishes and glassware.
• Scrape, sort, and stack to minimize breakage.
• Stack and store dishes in assigned areas.
• Clean kitchen walls as needed.
• Restock towels and hand soap at wash basins.
• Sweep and mop the kitchen during meal periods.
• Empty trash and transport to the property dumpster.
