Qualifications

• Previous stewarding, dishwashing, or hospitality support experience preferred.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all banquet kitchen areas, dish rooms, and storage spaces.
• Wash and properly store all glassware, silverware, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Support banquet events by ensuring timely availability of clean equipment and service ware.
• Assist with banquet setup and breakdown, including transporting and organizing equipment as needed.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure proper chemical usage and safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory organization and storage of banquet supplies.
• Communicate effectively with culinary and banquet leadership to support event needs.
• Follow Hotel ZaZa standards for cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
• Support opening and closing duties and assist other team members as needed.
