Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows in Scottsdale is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to lead a team responsible for delivering food to banquet functions and maintaining high standards of kitchen sanitation, including china, glassware, and silverware production.

The role requires open availability, a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and prior stewarding/dishwashing experience in a hotel or large restaurant.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must have good computer skills.
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in stewarding/dishwashing department of hotel or large restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to ensure the delivery of food to banquet functions.
• Oversee the kitchen sanitation process and standards for china, glassware, and silverware.
• Maintain quality and consistency in all stewarding operations.
