Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Hospitality or banquet experience is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to follow event orders, floor plans, and management direction.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment and safely handle cleaning supplies.
• Understanding of basic cleanliness, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet event setup and breakdown deadlines.
• Maintain professional appearance and respectful demeanor.
• Flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms and event spaces according to floor plans and orders.
• Arrange tables, chairs, staging, and equipment as required.
• Prepare event spaces with linens and service equipment.
• Ensure rooms are clean, organized, and presentable before arrival.
• Assist with changing room configurations between events.
• Review setup requirements with banquet team for accuracy.
• Complete pre-event inspections to confirm setup is fulfilled.
• Break down event spaces promptly after functions.
• Return equipment and supplies to storage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of banquet spaces and service areas.
• Support banquet servers and service staff as needed.
