Job summary

River Crest Country Club in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking Banquet Housemen (full- and part-time) to support our catering and events team. The role prepares banquet spaces, sets up tables, chairs, AV gear, and platforms according to client specifications, and assists with linen and decor while maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Follows club guidelines for table setting and banquet operations.
• Excellent communication with members, guests, staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct and timely set-up of all Banquet Event Order functions.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation throughout banquet spaces and storage areas.
• Keeps banquet storeroom neat and stocked with supplies for meetings or events.
• Breaks down after functions and stores equipment properly.
• Refreshes meeting rooms as needed.
• Notifies management of hazards.
• Handles Lost and Found items.
• Assists servers with set-up and clean-up tasks.
• Collects trash and dusts chairs after functions.
• Cleans spills and maintains service areas during events.
• Polishes silverware and attends pre-service briefings.
• Assists with buffet setup.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
