Cordillera Ranch Ltd in Boerne, TX seeks a hands-on Dishwasher/Steward to support our private club culinary team. You’ll keep dishes, cookware, and kitchen spaces clean and ready for service, helping maintain efficient operations during busy shifts.

No private club experience required; we train the right person. You must be reliable, able to stand long hours, and work well with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Availability for scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move dish racks, cookware, and supplies.
• Comfort working in a busy kitchen around heat, steam, water, and cleaning chemicals.
• Training provided; prior dishwashing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Operate the dish machine properly and follow procedures for manual washing and sanitizing.
• Keep clean dishes and equipment organized, stored correctly, and available for service.
• Maintain a clean, orderly dish area throughout your shift.
• Clean and sanitize assigned kitchen surfaces, equipment, floors, and work areas.
• Remove trash and recycling, clean waste containers, and maintain designated disposal areas.
• Handle chemicals safely and follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate equipment problems, supply needs, and safety concerns to your supervisor.
• Support daily service, tournaments, banquets, and special club events.
• Complete opening, closing, and scheduled cleaning assignments thoroughly.
