The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch in Boerne, TX seeks a dependable Houseman/Banquet Steward to support banquet operations, setup, cleaning, and event readiness in a busy private club. This full-time, hourly role offers hands-on work, teamwork, and growth within a professional hospitality team.

You’ll assist with banquet layouts, move furniture, maintain cleanliness, and help ensure spaces are ready for memorable member events and guest experiences in the Texas Hill Country.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality.
• Experience or interest in banquet operations or hospitality.
• Ability to follow event orders, floor plans, and directions.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms and event spaces according to plans and orders.
• Move tables, chairs, and equipment; prepare spaces with linens and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization; assist with breakdown and reset between events.
• Support banquet servers and kitchen staff during events.
• Ensure event spaces are ready and safe for members and guests.
