Job summary

Hyatt Regency McCormick Place in Chicago is seeking a Banquet Steward to support banquet operations and maintain the cleanliness of hotel china, silverware, and cookware. You will assist with service during events and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include completing pull sheets, delivering hot and cold foods, handling special requests, returning leftovers to the kitchen, and preparing plates and hotboxes for functions. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand on feet for extended period.
• Lift moderate weight up to 50lbs.
• Adequate communication skills both verbally and written.
• Previous hospitality or stewarding experience preferred.

The Banquet Steward is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Completing pull sheets and filling requisitions

Wage information The hourly wage for this position is $26.50
