Job summary

Hyatt Regency McCormick Place in Chicago is seeking a full-time banquet server to deliver meals, manage requisitions, and support banquet operations within the hotel’s conference center.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, prepare plates and hotboxes, and ensure smooth service for events. Previous hospitality or stewarding experience preferred. Benefits include health insurance and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Completing pull sheets and filling requisitions
• Delivery of cold food, desserts and hot food to banquet functions
• Running extra items/special requests to Banquets
• Returning leftover food items from Banquet functions to kitchen
• Preparation of plates, hotboxes for banquet functions
• Expediting banquet functions

Wage information

The hourly wage for this position is $26.50
