Colonial Williamsburg Foundation is seeking a skilled Sous Chef for Williamsburg Lodge Culinary. You will train and supervise kitchen teams, develop innovative menus, and manage food costs to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a historic resort setting.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and collaboration with Guest Service managers to uphold CW standards across all dining outlets.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree required with professional managerial experience in hotel/restaurant industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills relevant to kitchen management.
• Knowledge of menu development, food cost, and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff; control production, quality, and costs.
