The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of similar experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. A post-secondary diploma is a plus, and flexibility for 24-hour operations is required.

• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of culinary operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Responsibilities
