White Lodging is seeking an energetic Banquet Server to support events across our hotel banquet spaces. You will set up tables, serve guests with flair, and ensure all banquet areas stay clean, stocked, and appealing throughout service.

We value an outgoing personality, strong communication, and a genuine hospitality mindset. Previous banquet experience is helpful but not required; must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 pounds. Competitive benefits included.

Responsibilities

• Assist team to deliver events that exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as a hotel ambassador.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality.
• Be knowledgeable about menu items, contents, and garnishes; answer questions.
• Perform opening and closing duties and other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for the successful set-up, service, clean-up, and tear-down of banquet events.
• Set tables, buffets, bars, and snack breaks in assigned areas correctly and accurately.
• Professionally serve food and beverages butler-style, tableside, and from buffets.
• Monitor tables, buffets, and breaks to keep them clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Assist other members of the banquet team to deliver a phenomenal event that exceeds guest expectations.
• Be an ambassador of the hotel by maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality while always exhibiting professionalism and friendliness.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer any guest questions.
• Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
