Terratron is seeking dedicated Event Set Up staff to prepare spaces for guests, ensuring organization, safety, and readiness for events. Responsibilities include setting up spaces per BEOs, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness across meeting rooms and service areas.

The role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with flexible scheduling including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and assist in service areas.
• Set up event spaces per BEOs including tables, chairs, staging, AV.
• Coordinate event logistics, staffing, supplies, timing, and guest needs.
• Serve food and beverages, including alcohol where assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in meeting rooms and spaces.
• Break down events and return spaces to standard condition.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
• Support cash handling and inventory as assigned.
• Communicate concerns to leadership.
