Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Banquet Set-Up personnel to prepare and dismantle meeting rooms at the Convention Center for scheduled groups. Responsibilities include arranging dance floors, tables, chairs, platforms and displays as directed by the Banquet Manager or prospectus.

You will transport and store AV equipment, keep rooms tidy, and assist with buffet setups and wall movements. The role requires basic English literacy, basic computer skills, and a flexible schedule in a regulated

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• No previous experience required, but helpful.
• Ability to read, write and follow instructions in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on Convention Center needs.
• Demonstrates integrity and adheres to policies.

Responsibilities

• Set up meeting rooms as specified by Banquet Manager or prospectus, including placing and dismantling dance floors, tables, chairs, platforms and displays.
• Transport items needed for functions (dance floors, tables, chairs, platforms, AV equipment).
• Maintain storage facilities for audiovisual equipment, tables, chairs, platforms, display equipment, etc.
• Keep Special Events Center rooms clean and presentable (vacuuming, debris removal).
• Set up buffet tables with tablecloths and skirting.
• Move walls and audiovisual equipment as required.
• Break down setups after functions and ensure rapid turnover.
• Participate in monthly inventory and counts.
