Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years as Banquet Captain in a multi-unit hotel or casino.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to observe details.

Responsibilities

• Oversee set-up of banquet functions under Banquet Manager.
• Ensure rooms are arranged per the banquet event order (BEO).
• Place door signs daily for each function per BEO.
• Keep back hallways and equipment organized and accessible.
• Report any equipment damage to the Assistant Manager.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold service standards.
• Review weekly functions and employee scheduling with Banquet Manager.
• Ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed at all times.
• Model core values and family-style service; support DEI culture.
