Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in banquet setup preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications.
• Ensure all equipment is in working order and properly placed.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment.
• Break down banquet rooms and equipment after events.
• Ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Communicate with event coordinators and other staff to ensure smooth event execution.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
