Qualifications

• Banquet/hotel/event setup experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, move and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Able to follow setup instructions and diagrams.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet and meeting rooms according to event diagrams.
• Arrange tables, chairs, stages and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces during functions.
• Assist with room resets and breakdowns after events.
• Support banquet servers and event staff as needed.
• Transport and store banquet equipment properly.
• Ensure meeting rooms remain guest-ready throughout events.
• Follow safety and lifting guidelines.
